jiliclub is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jiliclub account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jiliclub employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. jiliclub shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliclub login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
jiliclub shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jiliclub accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods only. Currently supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
All transactions on jiliclub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not withdrawable.
jiliclub strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct that jiliclub determines to be an abuse of its promotional system. Where bonus abuse is detected, jiliclub reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
jiliclub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
All games available on jiliclub are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained live dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or jiliclub intervention.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jiliclub.
You may close your jiliclub account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliclub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jiliclub complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
